His 20+ years working with nonprofit organizations focused on public safety have equipped him with a deep understanding of how safe, thoughtfully designed environments can positively impact children and families.<\/p>\n<p>Since moving to New Mexico in 2001, SID has embraced the state\u2019s recreational culture and, as a parent, gained firsthand appreciation for the vital role playgrounds play in children\u2019s growth and development.
